We believe excellent care starts with a community of healthcare providers and promise to take great care of all patients referred by physicians and general dermatology practices. We specialize in a range of skincare services focusing on surgical dermatology.
Referral Process
- Submission: Referrals can be submitted through our secure online form or via fax at +1 (801) 872-5264. Please include all biopsy results, relevant medical documentation and patient information.
- Confirmation: Upon receiving a referral, our team will contact the patient to set up an appointment.
- Patient Care: We provide specialized dermatological care, including Mohs and other skin surgeries. Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure the highest standard of treatment.
- Communication: We maintain open communication with referring physicians You will receive a summary of your patient's progress and treatment outcomes at the end of their care.
Our Promise:
- No Poaching Policy: We respect the relationship you have with your patient. After treatment, we will refer patients back to their primary dermatologist or physician for ongoing care.
- Expert Care: Our team of dermatology specialists is experienced in performing complex skin surgeries, ensuring your patients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborative Approach: We believe in a team-based approach to patient care and value the insights and expertise of referring physicians.
