Meet Dr. Barlow
Dr. Tom Barlow, DO, DHed, FAAD, FACMS, is a Utah native who is proud to serve patients in Saratoga Springs and throughout Utah County. After graduating from American Fork High School, he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah and completed medical training at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Barlow served in the United States Navy for over 15 years, gaining experience treating a wide range of skin conditions in diverse populations around the world, including in Japan and Brazil. That depth of experience now benefits patients here at home, where he focuses on early skin cancer detection, advanced surgical care, and long-term skin health.
As a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, Dr. Barlow brings both precision and compassion to every visit. He is grateful to be back in Utah, caring for friends and neighbors across Utah County.
